All my handles are hand-sanded to a minimum of 400 grit, ensuring you can appreciate all the fine details of the material. The blades are professionally heat-treated and sharpened before shipping. Unless otherwise stated in the description, my blades are always sharpened to 15° on each side. Sizes might have a slight difference to the one mentioned.
